Student mobility
In cooperation with the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility, under the sectoral programme “Leonardo da Vinci” of the “Lifelong Learning — Initial Vocational Training (IVT)” programme, the school prepared a group of students for a mobility visit to vocational schools, training centres, the “Afrodita” cosmetics factory, museums and historical sites.
Preparation includes learning a foreign language, getting to know the host city of Ljubljana and preparing a presentation of our country. The visit lasts two weeks and is led by a master instructor in practical work.
Mobility of management and teaching staff
“Academy Leontic” also takes part in the mobility programme “Professionals in Vocational Education and Training — VETPRO” of the “Lifelong Learning” programme, with a visit to a vocational school for wig-making and other rare crafts in London. The training is carried out by a master instructor in practical work and the teacher of occupational technology.

Project with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy
“Academy Leontic” provides education for children without parents within a project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy for the development of crafts. In every generation the school fully funds the education of three students from the children’s home; after graduation, the best are employed at “Studio Leontic” or recommended to colleagues and partners.
Training for children with special needs
The school’s programme also includes training for children with special needs, supporting the development of their psychophysical abilities and offering vocational training, with special programmes for their independent work.
